The house comprises mezzanine, large open plan ground floor and basement. The house has 4 bedrooms, three with queen size beds (all linen and duvets/doonas supplied) and the fourth room with a king size bed that converts to 2 single beds. A cosy open fireplace (as well as gas and electric heating) ensures that you can relax in comfort or unwind in front of the TV, play a game of pool or listen to some music. The country style kitchen is both a slow combustion stove and an electric range, including microwave oven. Full breakfast provisions are supplied.

The house is situated on a secluded 4 acre property, with landscaped gardens, natural fern gully  and surrounding bush providing an atmosphere of intrigue the kids will feel is worth exploring. There are views of the Yarra Valley through the treetops and there are balconies and sunny private garden nooks where guests can relax. The House has an outdoor heated spa and a barbecue facility, which offers a convenient option for holiday meals, and a pet enclosure where your dogs can patiently and safely relax while you venture forth to the surrounding area.
